Integrated Massage Therapy Session
This is a customized session which combines the benefits of various bodywork modalities to address and help improve your condition. Our training includes Swedish Massage, Myofascial Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and other modalities. We constantly seek to improve our skill and knowledge base to better meet your needs as a client.

MRTT (Muscle Release Technique^T) Injury and Rehabilitation Therapy
A proven effective approach to retrain muscle memory, release chronically shortened muscles, and relieve chronic pain conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, chronic low back pain, frozen shoulder, and others. This therapy may be incorportated as part of an integrated massage therapy session. A 90 minute or two hour session is recommended.
